Palpa provides educational Augmented Reality (AR) tools for breast self-exams and does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical advice, or professional healthcare services. We act as an educational intermediary and are not responsible for the accuracy of self-monitored results, nor do we guarantee specific health outcomes; the app is not a replacement for professional medical consultation or clinical screenings. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update this information as necessary. When you use Palpa to track health data or utilize AR features, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely for operating our service. You retain all ownership rights to your content and may delete it at any time. Palpa is not liable for any loss or unauthorized access to your content. All health-related decisions are made solely by the user, and Palpa disclaims all liability arising from such decisions or health outcomes. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Palpa is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including the failure to detect medical conditions or data loss. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Palpa operates.
